They gave us an Infiniti Q80, saying it was the same price, but we found that the hotel parking lot had height restrictions that posed a collision risk. We had to return to the store the next day to exchange the car, and they finally gave us a Ford Kuga (overseas version).

Picking up the car was convenient. At Hertz, there was no need to queue, while at the same time, there were many people in line at Thrifty. If the daily price difference isn't significant, consider Hertz. Although they claim 24-hour service, on the last day, I tried multiple times to extend the rental by phone but couldn't get through. The next day, I accidentally went to the service desk next door and was able to extend the rental with an agent. The price was slightly higher than the daily rate on QEEQ. When asked why no one answered the phone, I was told that no one picks up on weekends. So, if you plan to extend your rental, call on a weekday! Also, when I inquired about insurance, it seemed there was no third-party liability insurance, but the reservation on QEEQ included it. Luckily, there were no issues. So, if you're not in a hurry when picking up the car, take the time to inquire about third-party liability insurance!

The staff were very nice, but the process was a bit slow and they kept trying to sell insurance.

The rental desk at JAX was very friendly and helpful. She even upgraded my car for free.
