Car and staff fine - price increase not happy with

Waited nearly 2 hrs at pick up desk then had a very unhelpful member of staff at the outside desk where you pick up car keys the lady handing out keys through them at me and couldn’t tell me where car was will not be using ace again

The car was very new and clean

The whole process was fine.

Car was through Rhodium. Long queue to pick up. Ticketing system not adhered to. Heavy up-sell on insurances.

Easy to book, without any problems

The car was amazing. The staff at the car park were really friendly and helpful too. But the staff at the desk were not so friendly and also a bit of a mess - a long queue formed and we waited almost an hour even though we arrived with just 2 groups in front of us. Also, I would recommend taking photos of the car beforehand. There was a scratch that was not caused by us but had not been recorded. The blame would have been put on us had I not taken a photo that showed it was there before we left.

Everything was so easy and quick! And the auto rebook was really good.
