The staff of this car rental company are very reliable. When picking up the car at Munich Airport, they explained the details very clearly.

The company is excellent. The pickup and drop-off services were done by elderly gentlemen who were very polite and explained everything clearly, including some important points to note. I was very satisfied with the car as well. I originally booked a Golf station wagon, but I got an upgraded Volkswagen Touran, and it was a luxury version—very happy about that. I do have a personal driving habit; I'm used to driving sedans in China, so the Touran felt a bit high. Also, a warning light came on during the trip indicating that I needed to add engine oil, which might be related to Volkswagen's oil consumption issue. I checked the dipstick; the oil was dark but the level was normal, so I didn't contact the rental company and continued driving. However, for someone not familiar with vehicle performance, this could be troublesome. But, just call CARO and they will promise to come immediately to get you a new car!!!

After we cleared customs, the CARO staff met us smoothly and arranged a Mercedes E200 for us. The car performed very well. We are very satisfied. Apart from the usual rental fee, an additional 200 Euros was pre-authorized, which they said would be refunded if everything was in order.

Very good, except the Shuttle bus pick-up point was a bit hard to find. CARO's cars are very new and in great condition, the price is fair, and the staff are very friendly. Any small issues were handled in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
