Although it was not the car I wanted, they gave me a better one, so I'm satisfied.

Picking up the car at Munich Airport was quick. The staff were friendly and even gave us a brand-new A3. However, be aware that if you find any issues during the car inspection, you need to register them on the 4th floor. We forgot to inspect the car initially and later found a crack on the back, which worried us for a few days. The staff during the car return process were also very good; they did not say anything, and the inspection was quick. P.S: Avoid renting from ENTERPRISE. They have many hidden fees not explained during the booking, and the staff are extremely rude. I highly recommend being cautious if you rent from them.

Excellent. I had booked a SEAT ALTEA 5DR/5PSGR automatic, but was given a Ford Focus wagon automatic instead. It was the high-end version and felt very stable on the highway, even at 180 km/h. The luggage space was also good, which was great since I was picking up people from the airport and the large trunk came in handy. The staff's English was good, but I felt a bit embarrassed when the whole staff and some customers laughed at me for insisting on an automatic (most Germans drive manual cars). Both pickup and return were very quick.

Great after a bad experience with a different supplier previously

Budget we’re v poor!!! There was over 1 hour at the pick up desk. They tried to charge me upon vehicle return because there was no parcel shelf in the car - the car did not have a parcel shelf when I picked it up!
