The staff at both the pickup and drop-off locations were very friendly.

The service staff were polite and did not forcefully sell insurance. The efficiency of car return inspection was also high. It's just that it was hard to find the service personnel when picking up the car, but there were no major issues. When leaving with the car, the first gate was to take a ticket, which was a bit confusing at first on how to proceed, but fortunately other people in their cars gave tips.

The counter staff were very nice.

The car was very clean and easy to drive.

The service was excellent, the procedures were simple, and we were very satisfied with the condition of the car. It was almost brand new and even had a navigation system, which was a pleasant surprise. Our own GPS had issues, and it was incredibly helpful.
