The Golf I booked was upgraded to an Audi A3, perhaps because I purchased full insurance. The process was simple and quick.

The service staff were polite and did not forcefully sell insurance. The efficiency of car return inspection was also high. It's just that it was hard to find the service personnel when picking up the car, but there were no major issues. When leaving with the car, the first gate was to take a ticket, which was a bit confusing at first on how to proceed, but fortunately other people in their cars gave tips.
