The rental company was very responsible. When the car broke down in Berlin, they promptly arranged a tow truck and provided a replacement car the next day without any hassle. Excellent service!

Service was decent and efficient.

The company is very professional and truly deserving of being a world-class car rental company. It was easy to find following the instructions after leaving the airport. Since we crossed the border into Italy, they replaced the Mercedes with a 9-seater Ford. The only drawback was the requirement to purchase comprehensive insurance (originally insurance was included, but it might have been invalidated by crossing the border). The original 10-day rental was 641 euros, but it totaled 1099 euros in the end, which is a bit pricey.

Great car rental experience, superb service attitude.

I rented a S Max but was give a C Max and was told that C Max is what I have rented despite S Max is on my rental agreement. I can't refuse it because there is no other vehicle available. We needed the space of a bigger car with 7 people and luggage. You can imagine how close it gets to being not possible to fit everyone and thing in it, which means the trip cannot go ahead.
