The car was extremely dirty and the customer service agent could not switch it out for another. It had a strong smell of weed and when we got to our destination and were unloading the car my son found a joint under the passenger seat. The car had definitely not been cleaned or serviced before they gave it to me. The tire pressure was uneven and the car pulled to one side.

Staff was excellent except pick up took over an hour... need to fix this issue!

Excellent start to finish

Car was fine, but it took way to long to pick up the car. Also, the drop off cost (added into the daily rental) was a bit much.

Charged us more than they promised. Poor customer representative at the pick up.

Some functions don’t work (drop price warranty, coupons apply etc), but other then that everything else works smooth, fast and pretty good.

When we arrived at the rental counter there were three agents on duty but two left to go on break. before we got to the head of the line. We waited about 30 minutes to be served because the agent was trying to get the people ahead of to buy extra insurance coverage, as well as prepaying tolls and gas. I realize that agents need a break and that they make money by up-selling but when there's only one agent and a fairly substantial line it would be nice if they would forego the extra commission to get people going. As it is I will not rent from Fox again. I'll pay the extra to go with a major rental car company.

Easy to use and cheaper than the rest. I'll use Easy again.
