Staff was excellent except pick up took over an hour... need to fix this issue!

Excellent start to finish

We were upgraded, which was nice after the approx hour wait in line at the counter. Once at the counter it went quickly.

I loved the rebooking option if the rates decrease by an identified percentage. Saved us $150.

It took 2 1/2 hours to get through the car rental line. Hangry children everywhere. Not enough workers. It took longer to rent the car than fly from Colorado to California. That part sucked really bad!

Charged us more than they promised. Poor customer representative at the pick up.

Some functions don’t work (drop price warranty, coupons apply etc), but other then that everything else works smooth, fast and pretty good.

1. There is a exactly 5 people ahead of me and it took more then 1 hour. 2. 3 hours of window from the booking time and u wasted 1 hour standing in que. Fox rentals need to work on this. 3. Vehicle cleanliness need to be improved. 4. They always charge roughly 20$ more then the actual booking price. Some airport fees n all. Good thing is : 1. Fox rental car provided cheaper price compared to other rentals. 2. I got a bigger vehicle then what I booked.
