Pros: When picking up the car, I was informed that the original model was not available, so they upgraded me to a Volvo XC60. The car was more premium (though it did consume more fuel). The vehicle was also fairly new, with less than 10,000 km on it. Cons: The car was given to me with half a tank of fuel instead of a full tank. The rental spot was quite small and hard to find. After arriving at Terminal 1, you need to take an elevator to the car rental area. The GOLF I initially wanted to rent wasn’t available, so they gave me a Renault instead, which was relatively new. The rental process went smoothly; they just checked my translated driver's license. Returning the car was equally hassle-free, even though I was an hour late, they didn't mind, and I just handed over the car without any issues. Also, when renting the car, the staff might try to sell you full insurance, but don’t worry about it as the QEEQ confirmation clearly showed I already bought full insurance, so no need to purchase it again. I can recommend buying full insurance directly from QEEQ; it's not expensive. Fuel prices are high in Europe, and the car I rented was diesel, costing over 30 Euros for half a tank.

If you're landing at Terminal 2 of Frankfurt Airport, I highly recommend this rental company. It's extremely convenient; the office is the first one you see when exiting, and it's very close to the parking lot, making both pickup and drop-off very easy. The front desk and parking staff provide typical German service—very warm and friendly.
