Quick and easy set up. Drop off was a little bit confusing due to email giving me the wrong location

It was close to a half hour wait for the shuttle from the airport. Everything else went very smoothly, and we appreciated the super friendly staff! We will be recommending fox to our friends who are traveling.

FIRSTLY I FELT CHEATED AS I WAS OFFERED A VERY OLD CAR AND THEN WAS TOLD THAT OTHER CARS ARE NOT AWAILABLE AND WAS PRESURISED AND FORCED TO PAY EXTRA AND DO UPGRADE TO CAR AND EVEN INSURANCE WAS CHARGED AT VERY HIGH RATE AND FORCED TO TAKE FROM LIMITED CHOICES AND EVEN I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR BETTER CAR FOR 2/3 HRS AS NO CARS WERE AWAILABLE BUT AS SOON AS I AGREED TO PAY EXTRA SOON THEY GAVE ME CAR

Car was not cleaned, had over 40,000 miles on the clock and had a slow puncture from the previous renter. I had to fill it up with air every day of the week that I had it. The offices are some distance from LAX which is not a problem as that is the case with many such companies there - however, Fox has by far the most infrequent shuttle buses running. At least five buses from each company went by before the first Fox one showed up, so we ended up waiting for 45 mins with small children after a very long flight.

We got relatively new car. Very pleased with the selection. They tried to up sell some options, but i was able to decline them easily

Great rates.

Double charged on my credit card and can’t get ahold of anyone from Fox. I will need to contest the charges. Car was covered with bird poop, smelled like cigarette smoke, and was missing some parts.
