The process of picking up and returning the car is simple and convenient, and the car is very new.

Very convenient, and the customer service was excellent. We picked up the car at Auckland Airport, and the Hertz service counter was immediately to the right as we exited the airport, very close. Our itinerary included a ferry from the North Island to the South Island. After pre-booking and self-service car exchange, we picked up a car directly from the Hertz counter on the South Island. It was very convenient.
