Pick up did not take particularly long but dropping off was quite frustrating with at least 5 more customers returning their cars at the same time and only one (overworked) guy dealing with all of us. Otherwise everything went really smoothly. I would recommend this company and won't hesitate use them again in the future.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Pick-up was easily accessible.

Using Magigore for the first time and it was a pleasant surprise. The car was spacious and clean and pickup/dropoff worked fast.

Please improve the initial process for collecting car

The process at desk took far too long , there was a queue , which is acceptable but one client seemed to take 40 minutes which meant an excessive wait

Booking process was ok but maggiore still try and sell excess insurance
