I've rented twice with Qeeq / EasyRentCars and both times I've received excellent value that exceeded other rental options.

My name was not separated on my reservation as it showed in my confirmation. It made my first and last name as my first name. Counter person argued with me at 1 am that they couldn’t rent to me because of that. He called a manager to take care of the issue but something like that should have never happened.

The line for pickup was horrible. Over an hour and horrible customer service.

Not enough agents available. Slow systems held up process. Returning rental not clear. Rude staff on returning
