The agent not telling me the price of toll package

First, the wait time to get the vehicle was ridiculous. Then a day into my vacation, I'm receiving calls from an a number requesting a switch of the vehicle due to a recall. A complete inconvenience to my vacation. When I called the "24 hr" 800 number to verify this no one answered after waiting 40 minutes. I could not get through to anyone until the next morning. Once verified the driver met me at Epcot to swap vehicles but I still had to wait which held up my time. This should never happen. When asked if I would receive any refund or deduction on the expense of the rental due to the inconvenience I receive a snotty remark of "well we are meeting you at epcot" as if this wasn't an inconvenience. Anything that interferes with my time during my vacation is an inconvenience. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will NOT be recommending this place in the future unless someone rectified this inconvenience.

She tried selling additional insurance which was unnecessary and eventually she abandoned. Overall, it left a bad taste.

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.
