The staff calculated the cost difference between upgrading to a medium-sized car that can use the pass and continuing with the small car, including the toll fees for highways. They also clearly explained the additional costs of upgrading to a medium-sized car, allowing me to make an informed choice. The entire process took only ten minutes. The staff was very familiar and efficient with the rental process. If I rent a car again in the future, I will definitely use this service.
