Due to a sudden train cancellation, we had to rent a car from Dresden to Berlin on October 6th because we needed to catch a flight back home from Berlin Airport. Although our last-minute booking was confirmed, the rental company couldn't provide a vehicle on such short notice. Realizing our predicament as a group of six, a very kind employee from the rental company helped us call and arrange for a taxi, and we finally made it to Berlin Airport. We are very grateful for her kind assistance!

The rental spot was quite small and hard to find. After arriving at Terminal 1, you need to take an elevator to the car rental area. The GOLF I initially wanted to rent wasn’t available, so they gave me a Renault instead, which was relatively new. The rental process went smoothly; they just checked my translated driver's license. Returning the car was equally hassle-free, even though I was an hour late, they didn't mind, and I just handed over the car without any issues. Also, when renting the car, the staff might try to sell you full insurance, but don’t worry about it as the QEEQ confirmation clearly showed I already bought full insurance, so no need to purchase it again. I can recommend buying full insurance directly from QEEQ; it's not expensive. Fuel prices are high in Europe, and the car I rented was diesel, costing over 30 Euros for half a tank.

Couldn't fully understand English. After washing the car and returning it to the store, the money I paid for the car wash was deducted from the rental fee. The rental company said that the car doesn't need to be washed before returning.

Everything was good. Purchased the full insurance for 99Euros and when it came to inspect the car for any scratches or dents , the staff casually told not to worry as i have purchased the full insurance. While dropping of there was a minor scratch at the bumper which was reported by the inspecting lady. And next day i was sent an email if i met with an accident.My journey was very smooth and ensured car is parked nicely in P+R spots or in Hotel Parking. Other than that everything was great.
