Got stung on the fact that on didn’t have a valid UK credit card but wasn’t too much and the guy working there was super helpful and managed to sort it out for me so I didn’t have to pay crazy amounts! Very helpful! Would book again!

Counter staff not very polite, very inconvenient site miles away from T5, Hoppa bus to get to green motion was very expensive.

I felt that Green Motion used a VERY slow collection process to 'intimidate' customers into taking comprehensive insurance. The 'information' video went on and on and on about how long it would take to find and note every mark on the car before you drove off on it - with the implicit message being that if you didn't do this you would definitely be charged for all marks on return of the vehicle. In addition to this, if you didn't take comprehensive insurance, the deposit taken from your credit card was massively more.
