The staff at the parking lot were quite nice. There was a big guy with glasses who helped us with our luggage and placed it in the trunk. Since the trunk of the GLA was too small, we asked if we could switch cars. After some back and forth, we ended up sticking with the GLA and put another large suitcase in the front passenger seat. His attitude was very friendly and patient despite the hassle. Another staff member, wearing a yellow vest, helped us with the child seat we rented. He patiently demonstrated how to use it and, after realizing the buckle was not secure, put in a lot of effort to re-fasten it securely. We are very grateful to these two staff members! Overall, it's okay.

The staff were very patient. Our English is not very good, but they still took the time to explain everything. The parking spot they chose was also great, very convenient to the international airport.

It was a little tricky to find the pick up point as there were no signs in the airport however this wasn’t thrifty’s fault

It is such an easy platform to use

Car was fantastic. As our flight arrived early, i had to wait for the counter to be opened, approximately 25 minutes.
