Pretty good overall, but the preparation time was a bit long. I booked for 8:00 AM pickup, arrived at 9:00 AM, finished the paperwork by 9:20 AM, and was told the car would be ready by 10:00 AM. In the end, it was actually given to me at 9:45 AM. Everything else was great.

Quick and accurate.

The staff, whether at reception, car pickup, or return, were very polite and welcoming. They might ask if you'd like insurance upgrades, but a courteous decline is sufficient without any pressure. Returning the car was also convenient, and the deposit was refunded promptly. This was my first time renting a car, and although I was initially concerned due to previous reviews, this experience turned out to be very pleasant.

They tried to upsell hard on insurance which tainted my experience

All good although an issue with accepting a UK Post Office MasterCard Credit card for the holding deposit. Refused to accept card and then had to provide another which was OK. Could not adequately explain what was wrong with the Post Office Credit Card.
