There wasn't much of a queue. We were unfamiliar with hybrid vehicles, but the staff provided patient and detailed explanations. The only downside was that the car's screen initially couldn't connect to the phone for mirroring, which made driving a bit inconvenient. Later, the car system automatically connected to the phone, and the trip went smoothly.

Europcar is a large car rental company with many locations, a wide range of vehicle options, and flexible pick-up and drop-off services. You can smoothly pick up the car using a mainland driver's license along with the translation booklet. Since I booked with their full insurance package, there was no upselling at pick-up, and even when the side mirror had a scratch upon return, no charges were applied. If you're driving across countries, you need to inform them during pick-up, and it usually costs about 10 euros extra per day. Because my flight landed late, the Mini Countryman I reserved was unavailable, so they gave me a plug-in hybrid Mitsubishi instead. The car was larger but had a smaller gas tank and slightly higher fuel consumption. If you're renting a car in Europe, I suggest opting for a smaller car as it's easier to drive and park in cities, and fuel and toll costs are lower. For Europcar, consider choosing an Audi A3 to ensure you get a luxury brand vehicle.
