Got served by one Super Rude counter staff that basically said that if I didn't pay the £135 extra insurance then I couldn't have a car and would have to wait or I could be down graded to a Fiat 500. What a great start to our holiday, I would never use them again.

Car was great, however we found the waiting time at the desk was quite long. Also when we reached the car, I noticed the car was short of ad blue, so we had to wait longer again. On returning, there was a lady waiting to take the keys from us who was very friendly. All in all it was an excellent experience

Want my money back please. This people are Thieves. Wanted to charge $140 on top of what i hace already paid. Wanted to charge $2000 to my credit card and block it. All this for a 12 hour car rent. Goldcar. Horrible service, tried to take advantage of you. Never use this Rent-a-Car Service. Thieves! I didnt use their service at the end. Went with AVIS. More serious people.

Hello. Im renting another car today with you guys (AVIS) because of the horrible experience i had yesterday with the thieves at GOLDCAR. Rented for $25 a day. GoldCar said i have to pay $150 a day. They blamed on you. Would you please refund the money for the “rental” i didnt do yesterday. (Ref 71452633). We were told we had to pay £50 in airport taxes but on closer inspection this was due to the car being a new diesel one - none of which we asked for. We have tried disputing this but the staff wouldn't give us a car without us paying it. We'll never use them again
