Pretty good experience. We rented the car around 7 AM with no queue. They handed us the keys and we had to find the car ourselves in the parking lot. You need to get familiar with the various controls like headlights, wipers, and audio system. Took us a while before we felt confident to drive. We booked a Benz A, but got an Opel Astra diesel version instead. The car had 6400 kilometers on it and came with adaptive headlights and a multimedia screen.

It was pretty good, but the location is a bit out of the way.

Returning the car was also easy; a strap in the trunk was broken, but the inspector said it was no big deal. The experience was pretty much similar to renting from Shenzhou in China. Overall, very good.
