I arrived at midnight at the airport and there was no sign at counter directing me to the car booth in parking garage. I spent 30 minutes trying to find someone to help and I even tried customer service to no avail. I turned to enterprise who said that there may be someone in the garage booth, once again no sin directing me to it,not to mention the interior of the vehicle panel fell off while I was driving several time I had to take time to fix it. And the vehicle that I upgraded to was tin can sounding while I drove the entire time, I should have just kept the original car I requested. I have been renting for years this was by far the most dissatisfying experience I've had.

Car was dirty on inside, out of windshield wiper fluid so I had to refill myself. Not super professional when I went to get the car at the lot. However the gentleman at the counter who helped with payment was nice. He waived a fee since when I booked through easy rent cars.com they screwed up the dates of my rental that I prepaid.

The counter staff was very helpful. The car that we originally supposed to rent had a strong smell like a dog/pet had been in the SUV although it looked clean.I have animal allergy and is very sensitive to it that triggers an asthma attack. The staff was understanding of the situation and gave us a different rental. The other thing that I disagree on is that although we paid by credit card, a $500.00 security deposit was charged which I think is too much.

Yes. We were upgraded to an SUV with fairly low mileage; much more roomier than what we had reserved

Counter took longer than any other time I've rented. The help was friendly and eventually got it right. I was not explained to ALL the hidden fees. I am on a fixed budget and so when it went to an additional $40 dollars I was not ready for it. Probably not going to FOX next time. Pitiful.
