Will not use them again, they held the amounts on my card twice, Louis was full of attitude, they weren't very good at their own systems. Pick up location far off site, takes too long to get car. Bad experience.

Impressed with counter people

The attendant offered a smaller car than the one that I reserved. The attendant wanted me to purchase insurance, although I purchased the insurance online. He said it was because I reserved it throug1h a third party.

I don’t recommend this supplier, i waiting in line morethan 60 mims. And process to drop off is terible. I dropped the car on time. But they still charged me more 2 days with I didn’t drop the car on time. Luckily that i fly to another place on drop off date. So i can show them how can I rent their car on another 2 days.

Easy Rentalcars is very awesome. They help me to contact the issue with supplier with warming and welcome. So luckily, that i rent a car from this company. I’d like to recommend everyone to rent car from EasyRentCars. Service so excellent and awesome
