vehicle was not provided, need to take lower category, on top for expebsive insurance, insteqd of 413eur, they blocked 513eur, because of spending about 2 hours to solve the situation and with small kids I had no choice to accept thia situation..

Returning the car was difficult to find, we circled around several times since the navigation was inaccurate. Picking up the car was easy. We were convinced by the store to buy full insurance; the car rental was only 1800, but the insurance cost more than 4000. It's been over a month and the deposit hasn't been returned yet.

Car exceed my expectations I did wait a lil long to get the car but it wasn't bad. The staff was great and very helpful. I will most definitely use Europcar again and most definitely recommend it to friends and family. Better instructions on where exactly to return the car. Perhaps a map outlining/highlighting the exact path to follow and locations to drop off the car.
