Terrible counter staff.

The company says all cars are smoke free but mine smelled horribly of smoke. The right rear tire went flat twice during the week and I had to spend time and money filling it with air. The windshield fluid was out.

The car had a vibration when driving and was in need of service. I waited for 45 minutes to be picked up while every other rental car shuttle passed me by several times. This is the only rental company I have ever used where I had to provide my personal auto insurance policy information. This is another RIDICULOUS policy. I have a Sunpass account and ABSOLUTELY DID NOT appreciate being forced to pay Easyrent for Sunpass even on days i did not need one. Your toll and other policies are RIDICULOUS!! and reason enough for me NEVER to rent from Easyrent again.

This company is HORRIBLE! Don’t ever rent from this company EVER! The pick up location is a bus ride and then another bus ride to the place (we took a cab there and Lyft back to airport). The car was in terrible shape, dents everywhere, window had been broken into previously and was rusted. The inside of the car was so dirty and disgusting. The customer service was terrible as they made me pay $60 extra for more insurance even though I had my own. They told me I didn’t have enough for Florida, which is BS since I’ve rented cars many times on FLA before. Don’t be fooled by the low price, go anywhere else but here.

Jamal the service representative rented me a vehicle with two bald front tires! Literally no tread, I took a picture with a penny in what would have been the tread area to show just how bald the tires were. I addressed the lack of safety, but apparently Jamal stated “that’s all he had for a vehicles”. I checked the lot and saw at least 7 other vehicles.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Counter Agent Kavel Smith was extremely helpful and courteous. One suggestion would be to wash the interior of the airport van. It looked like it was rained on inside!
