Picking up the car at San Francisco Airport was very convenient. We initially booked a Ford Transit, but Budget staff informed us that the rear seats couldn't be folded down to store luggage. So we switched to a seven-seater where one seatback can be folded down, and there was just enough space for our luggage. They mentioned that QEEQ provided a discount so there was no extra charge.

No additional upselling, very satisfactory.

Amazing staff, very friendly and considerate, offered free upgrade for my birthday really made my week.

Good job

Budget were excellent and i couldn't fault the counter staff.
