Good but need more shuttle vans

Getting shuttle to and from airport was guick. Staff very courteous and friendly. I had no problems. The car was clean and very nice. I would definetly recommend and use again on my next trip.

The car I was given was not road worthy. The plates were a year out of date and therefore result in a $35 on the spot fine each time the police are in view. The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. I was in a hot room for 2 hours (after my transfer from the airport failed to show for an hour) and to top it off the rental company charged me knowingly and without my consent $140 for insurance that I already had which actually made my insurance null and void. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

staff didnt provide similar cars even though it was mentioned in portal while booking and asked for extra charges. Had to wait for 30 minutes while picking up car and people were shouting at the time of pick up car . Car was dirty inside and out . there was a TPMS error in the car which made me freak out through out the trip .

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life.

Had to call 2 times and wait for ~1 hour for pickup. Drop off back to the airport was another 3 min wait. Not acceptable.
