The store is very small, and you have to wait in line. The vehicle's condition is relatively good, but there are quite a few scratches. Since I had full insurance, the staff told me not to worry about it when I left because they didn't care how many scratches it had when I returned. However, I remind everyone that if you don't have full insurance, you should check carefully.

Hertz is very professional, the car was in great condition. This Toyota Corolla had only run a few hundred kilometers, and it worked perfectly fine.

The rental office is right inside the airport. The staff is very friendly and explained the rental terms in detail. I went to the parking lot to pick up the car myself and got a red Mitsubishi SUV in good condition. It accompanied me on a wonderful trip in Tasmania.

Like: The staff were really friendly & helpful.
Dislike: I found it a bit hard to find the after hours key drop off box.
