Fairly satisfied. Booked the car last minute; there were no cars available initially, so had to wait for a while to get one.

Very good, the staff was nice. No hidden upselling when picking up the car, and the return process was efficient and convenient!

They did not push insurance sales. The car pickup was quite fast, with two cars to choose from. We had more luggage and took some time to decide which car to take. I rented a RAV4 but ended up with an Eclipse, which had significantly less space. Overall, though, I was satisfied.

The service was enthusiastic, patient, and thorough. There was no pressure to buy additional services. The car pickup process was simple and fast, without wasting any time. The explanations were very clear. This is an excellent car rental company!
