I had reserved the car for 8:00 AM but arrived early at around 7:00 AM. Picking up the car was straightforward and very convenient.

The staff were very patient, and I was able to rent a car smoothly even without the original documents. Changing the drop-off location midway was also super easy. Extremely satisfied!

Overall it was pretty good, but the car they recommended was £15 more per day, which felt a bit pricey.

Good service attitude

The staff was great and efficient. He informed me that the car I booked was not available and offered a free upgrade to a Nissan Qashqai. He also asked if I preferred a manual or automatic transmission and eventually brought over a Grandland. The car was spacious, brand new, and extremely comfortable to drive. The staff only inquired once about buying insurance in-store and did not push after I declined. He explained the claim process very clearly. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

Overall the rental went pretty smoothly. Just be aware the staff will try to upsell you insurance without really pointing it out, so make sure you double-check the prices before confirming anything. We booked two identical cars—one of them was brand new but kept showing a low engine oil warning. After calling QEEQ, they arranged for us to get a liter of oil topped up for free at another city location. Later we realized our London inbound and outbound flights were from different airports and had to change the drop-off location. QEEQ handled it well and the service stayed great. They’re still my first choice for overseas car rentals.

Though they offered additional services, I politely declined, and they were very courteous. The car was excellent to drive, equipped with an assisted driving feature. It was a lifesaver when navigating roundabouts in the UK. The trunk perfectly fit two 158cm luggage pieces! They didn't charge any extra fees, which was a delightful surprise. It felt like getting extra credit on a test and answering it correctly.

The process was a bit slow; we waited for an hour. It was a relatively small store, and when we arrived, a local was arguing with them because the car they rented had no fuel in the tank. However, when they served us, their attitude was excellent. The car was new, the model was modern, and it came with advanced features. It had built-in Google integration, so there was no need to connect via CarPlay, use cables, or mount a phone holder—it was very convenient.
