The lady handling the paperwork during pickup was very polite, but her Italian-accented English was quite hard to understand. The staff checking the car during drop-off were very courteous as well. They inspected the car for a short while and then told me everything was fine. The €200 deposit was refunded to my account just 2 hours after I returned the car, which was impressively fast.

Overall, it's pretty good.

Overall okay, this is one of the larger rental companies and is quite easy to find if not for the return instructions from QEEQ. The issue is they never answer the phone, and you have to figure everything out on your own.

1) The car while booking said medium SUV. However it was a large size SUV. Parking is sometimes challenging in Italy. Ford Kuga shouldn’t be considered as small or mid size. It is a full sized SUV. 2) The experience with Insurance was BAD. While booking it said the full insurance was covered then while picking up the car I was shown different * that said it doesn’t cover full damage.
