Overall, it's fine. However, the agreement is electronic. When I asked for it, they said it was sent to my email, but it wasn't. I had to follow up via email to get it.

The reception staff were very friendly, but they were not very familiar with the QEEQ pickup order. We arrived slightly earlier than our scheduled time, and the quote given by the staff was significantly higher than our booking price. After pointing this out, they explained it was because we arrived early, and then made the correction. During this trip to the US and Canada, we rented cars three times, two of which were with AVIS. Both times we arrived slightly early and encountered the same situation. The US is a credit-based society; no one checks the car's condition when picking up or returning it, which we are not quite used to. Nevertheless, this mutual trust feels great.

All good except for an unauthorised and unexplained debit of $60 on my credit card 3 days after our return. Car was returned with full tank, no damage. Am seeking explanation and refund from you!!
