The car provided is good, except the Add Blue was almost finish, so I have to topup along the route. I forgor to claim for reimbursement

We are always met at the door by the ALamo agent whenever we rent a car from Alamo. There is never any queue. However, the Mercedes A series we booked was not available, so we settled for a Volkswagen Arteon which was a pleasure to drive as it was a smart car.

QEEQ provides the best price I can find and they always cancel the booking and rebook if the price falls more than 5% which happened with my booking. This is great as it gives me additional savings. The service as I get from QEEQ is excellent. The customer service always replies promptly whenever I contact them by email.

The service is standard and enthusiastic, and both pick-up and return of the car are very quick and convenient.
