I would have preferred a car with cruise control. I thought all rental cars would have cruise.

Routes was great to deal with. I hadn’t heard of them before this rental and was a little nervous going outside of the main brands but they exceeded my expectations in every way and if they are a choice on future trips I will choose them

I had not used easyrentcars before and the process worked great and the rate was very competitive.

Were upgraded due to lack of original car. Very good ride.

Shuttle pickup toke too long from airport. It was confusing to find OnRoutes shuttle for easyrentcars . Also tried to get refuel charge waived because we were exhausted from drive through storm sat April 27 but service person cannot cause of company policy so we had to go back out in bad weather and refuel and got stuck on way back to return car. this ruined my good feeling about this company.

Like: Flexible, Willing to go the extra mile. Listened to what help I needed and very helpful with local info
Dislike: Could better coordinate airport pickups
