The process was very simple, and the staff were very friendly.

It was an excellent experience. I chose Hertz this time for my first car rental abroad, and overall it felt great. I will choose them again next time!

The pick-up and drop-off process went smoothly. The car had 90,000 miles on it, and the tires were from October 2023. I got too excited and forgot to thoroughly check the vehicle's condition. The tire pressure warning light was on, and this car couldn't reset it through the menu, which, although it didn’t affect usage, was annoying to see every time the car started. The low beams weren't working but there was no warning indicator, which was frustrating. I ended up using fog lights or high beams at night instead. The fuel consumption was a bit high, perhaps because I drove a little fast. For EZPass users, plan your route carefully before deciding whether to rent it.

Like: After the wait , I asked to get upgraded for my wait , and the clerk did so and was very good and pleasant
Dislike: Too long a wait at time for pick up over 30 min.
