Easy transaction over Internet, took 2 hours to get hire car when we were there.

Finding and waiting for the shuttle (15 minutes) could of been better. Also, it took a while to check in as we were the last ones off the shuttle and the line only grew longer as we were there. Otherwise all went well

Shuttle location hard to find at terminal with almost no signs and location hard to find for return

Car was well priced but insurance very high

Green Motion were a bit of a joke. We had to wait outside a temporary portacabin in the cold and rain for over an hour waiting to be served. There was only 2 staff dealing with new rentals and so only a limited no of people could fit inside. When I eventually was served I was given a small Toyota Ayho car. It was tiny and I told her I booked the equivalent of a VW polo for 5 adults and 2 suitcases. I had to put one of my suitcases in the back seat as the boot just managed to have 1 case and no more. I told the staff this car was unacceptable but she wasn’t interested and said this was the car I booked. I was given an option to upgrade to a Mercedes which was just laughable. She wasn’t in the least bit interested. I felt sorry for the rest of the people standing out in the cold and rain and so just took the car. I could barely use it my whole trip as it was far to small and so had to rely on friends using their car for our sightseeing around Scotland. I’m sorry but I will never book with you again if this is the hire company you use. Regards. Stuart Robertson.

Easy to use, great value for money, easy to get to at Edinburgh airport 10/10

Got a price drop prior which was great, value was good and website easy to navigate
