Generally good although vehicle had not been cleaned due to pressure washer broken I cleaned the car

Very straightforward and helpful friendly staff.

Easy and as everything as expected. very helpful advice on what insurances to take and which not to upon pick up.

Speed of collection was incredibly slow - and insufficient staff available to meet the demand - 45 minutes before anyone was able to start processing the collection.

A manual diesel car which was a surprise.

Whilst I was very happy with the car and the man who served me at pick up was friendly, I was ignored initially whilst two people in the office discussed something, even though they could see me waiting. I was also not given any instructions on how to operate the vehicle and I don't normally drive a manual.
