The car we reserved wasn’t available. It was a Nissan Rogue. Instead they gave us a minivan. The van was wrecked and the inside was not clean.

Easyrentcars pick up time was an hour and a half. I even ran after a van who just past as by. Otherwise once we arrived the counter person was very good and nice and drop off was a little hectic but went fairly smooth

Very poor customer service. Long wait times and very difficult to get help. The wait to get a vehicle took over 30 mins. Would not recommend or use again.

Did not have the vehicle that was confirmed on my order which I needed and the reasons I specifically requested a certain vehicle type. The vehicle I was ultimately forced to take was filthy and head damage and 3 of 4 sides. I learned later that the vehicle I was confirmed has never been a part of this location's inventory.
