Over priced and rude customer service.

The staff were quite friendly. They asked if I needed additional insurance, and when I declined, there were no delays in processing. The paperwork was completed quickly. The vehicle inspection was thorough, and they proactively pointed out existing damages on the car, and coordinated a replacement if the car was not in good condition. Initially, I had booked a 5+2 car but was given an Audi A5. The car was great, but it couldn't fit five people plus luggage, so I had to go back to the counter to change the car. The exchange went smoothly. (Though, if I booked a seven-seater, why did they first give me a five-seater?)

The car had a minor issue; the diesel vehicle required AdBlue. When we encountered a problem during the trip, we handled it at a repair shop. After coordination between QEEQ and Europcar, they proactively refunded the repair cost and apologized after we returned the car.

Different car what given. Expect a hybrid but was given petrol. However it is a nice car to drive.

Dislike: The error made by Europcar HQ, Madrid of taking the car payment(s) out of the wrong card account. Rang them and emailed them to no avail. In the end it was the very helpful staff at the local office at San Javier Airport office that sorted the situation for us. Cannot praise them enough.
