The price, car, and the service were all excellent! Only complain is that Routes should open earlier, I had a 7 am flight and they do not open until 6am. Even so the staff quickly processed my return and took me to the airport.

Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.
