The car we reserved wasn’t available. It was a Nissan Rogue. Instead they gave us a minivan. The van was wrecked and the inside was not clean.

Did not have the vehicle that was confirmed on my order which I needed and the reasons I specifically requested a certain vehicle type. The vehicle I was ultimately forced to take was filthy and head damage and 3 of 4 sides. I learned later that the vehicle I was confirmed has never been a part of this location's inventory.

After my long wait, George was Helpful, " EXCEPT when it came to EPASS info...". He said they NO LONGER TAKE CASH - Wrong ! Most U'll need EXACT COINS & were 2 on I 417 who would give Change. I've came to ORLANDO for Years & generally only use 528 to leave & return to Airport so 4-6 TOLLS, yet he SOLD Me 14 days x $10 ea. + TAX. So with a LARGE CREDIT BALANCE on the EPASS, do U REFUND or I must take my TIME to get it from Them? Thanks, JOHN ZINTER

I felt the booking was misleading. I reserved assuming a cost, but ended up paying much more. Net, I could have found for the same price a rental more convenient and closer or at the airport.

I had to take a shuttle to pick up the car. When i showed up they forced me to purchase their insurance even though i already did with my own insurance company at a fraction of the cost. This almost doubled my cost and was told they won't shuttle me back to the airport to go with another company. They also wouldn't allow me to rent for 1 day so i could find a better price elsewhere. I have rented with other companies and used my insurance many times. Other companies may cost more at booking but do not have these extra fees. I will never use this scam company again.
