Fast, easy and straightforward

Relatively easy to book and price reduced prior to rental period.

It took over half an hour waiting in the rain for someone to pick us up. When someone finally showed up it was to drop someone off and they had no idea we where waiting.

We have to wait long to actually get the car. And only when my wife requested to customer representative and explained him about condition of our child, he has agreed to fasten the process. We are asked forcibly to wait over 1 hr inside premises which is suffocating and customer representative showed lot of attitude and is kind of doing any favour by doing his job. He is definately not suitable for the job and should be trained properly.

Like: The car was just what I reserved and was spotlessly clean and ready to go. The staff explained the procedure and got me on my way quickly.
Dislike: The pick up van was difficult for my wife to get into because it is high off the ground. Perhaps a small step for those of us less mobile would be a good idea. Pave the entrance to the car hire lot, it is full of potholes (Glasgow location).
