They don’t do a good job of explaining things and there lines be way to long took me over 2 hours to get car that was suppose to have sooner. And I got not compensation for it at all.

Got exactly the model we wanted on Oahu, the car was pretty new, well equipped, and having CarPlay made it super easy to use phone navigation. The Dollar counter at Honolulu Airport had a normal line and the wait time was totally acceptable.

Like: Very efficient service and the price was much more affordable than all other car rentals and the car was great! Lived the ride back to the airport in the car I had rented. This saved me a long walk with a heavy suitcase!!
