terrible service from Enterprise at Glasgow airport....

Enterprise were terrible. queued for well over an hour at the checkin desk, then another hour waiting for the car, only to be eventually told that they didn't have a car for us at all. We booked a full sized van, but ended agreeing to take a medium sized vehicle as that was all they had left. we could barely fit out luggage in and had a very cramped and unpleasant onward journey. they weren't able to give us a refund as we had already pre paid. so we paid £550 for a £300 vehicle.... not at all happy.

Overall, the service was excellent. I've rented cars in London many times and tried several companies. Enterprise is one of the best companies I've used. I'm very thankful for the QEEQ app and mini-program service. The notifications are prompt and very helpful for someone like me who tends to forget things or procrastinate.

Very good, efficient rental and return process. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is quite convenient. Booked a Passat automatic, but got an Insignia instead. The car was very new with plenty of interior space, and the trunk could fit three 24-inch suitcases. The built-in English GPS was useful (if you're not confident with English, it's recommended to rent a free GPS from the QEEQ website).

Was really good apart from collection i waited almost 3 hours to pick up, I was offered 25% which thr manager emailed Qeeq but after speaking with them which was beyond terrible as the girl couldn't understand or speak English she made the whole process extremely terrible.
