The price, car, and the service were all excellent! Only complain is that Routes should open earlier, I had a 7 am flight and they do not open until 6am. Even so the staff quickly processed my return and took me to the airport.

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

The Kia rental didn't have spare tire. The tire blew while driving on 95 North in Florida with no low air pressure warning. We had to get tow truck to tow to tire shop to replace tire. We missed flight by 5 minutes and it cost us $500 dollars since Routes didn't provide shuttle as promised to us in timely manner and shouldn't have trusted Routes personal. Instead of relying on shuffle I should have booked Lyft or Uber
