Pick up and drop off with Avis was horrendous! Car ordered not available!

Reviewed: Tue, Sep 17, 2019
About Avis: 5.3 /10
Two and half hour wait in line for pick up. The car we booked was not available. The car allocated was too small. The drop off at Sorrento was also horrendous! Avis need to review their customer service

The front desk staff was very humorous. I did a one-way rental and the return process was very simple. Overall, the service was really pleasant. It was my first trip abroad and I felt very happy.
