Wait was long due to short staffed, didn’t have reserved vehicle. Vehicle was damaged and dirty. The precollison system on the car was not working but was still rented.

The worst car rental place. Bad customer service. Hidden fees. Terrible experience. I'll boycott this place as much as I can.

Even thou our pick up at the airport was late, the driver was courteous and helpful. The girl at the counter when we came to the office was very helpful too. She told us it is mandatory to get insurance but we showed her that we already got insurance when we booked the car. Overall, the experience in picking up our car was very good.

Easy to book and relatively cheaper. I will use it again.

They were very efficient with the check in process, and provided me with all the necessary rental information I needed to complete my rental process. Jamal the service representative rented me a vehicle with two bald front tires! Literally no tread, I took a picture with a penny in what would have been the tread area to show just how bald the tires were. I addressed the lack of safety, but apparently Jamal stated “that’s all he had for a vehicles”. I checked the lot and saw at least 7 other vehicles.
