Had tire that was leaking air and had to immediately turn around and fill up after picking up car, plus had to fill up every day. Key fob was not working correctly and was in fear of key not working and thus being stranded entire trip. Car was dirty, inside and out and had dents and scratches all over it.

The car was in a terrible condition, car body panels hanging off, scratch’s, dents. The customer service was terrible. We were told we had to take out additional insurance and if we didnt take it they would cancel the booking. We were held over a barrel and blackmailed in to it. We will never ever book from a smaller company ever again.

Very disappointed, infact a, ripoff, the car hire from the 1st to the 7th cost us £500.00, which was not expected at all. Basically once your stuck there what else do you do but pay!! The car itself stank of cigarettes. We were given a GPS satnav, useless, even the staff didn't know how to programme it after spending 20 mins trying to set our destination! Basically just a company ripping people off when they know they have you by the short and curlies!!! Would never book online again.
